02 / DESIGN
The elevated metal rack supports your desserts above the receiving tray. The space below lets excess glaze run off without collecting directly around the dessert base.
Finished With Care.
When placed in the tray, the rack surface sits approximately 6 mm above the tray rim. The tray catches drips, while the offset spatula helps spread and move desserts and the silicone scraper helps collect remaining glaze.

05 / QUESTIONS
What is included in this set?
The set contains five tools: one stainless steel drip tray, one elevated metal rack, one 500 mL measuring jug, one offset spatula and one silicone scraper.
How does the rack and tray work?
Place the rack inside the tray, then position your desserts on the rack. As glaze runs off, the tray underneath catches the excess for easier cleanup.
How high is the rack above the tray?
With the rack positioned in the tray, the rack surface is approximately 6 mm above the tray rim. The combined rack-and-tray height is specified as 26 mm.
What is the rack working area?
The rack's stated working area measures 300 × 220 mm. The tray's outer dimensions are 330 × 250 × 20 mm.
What can I glaze with this set?
The set can be used for suitable glazed cakes, mousse desserts, doughnuts and other treats. Choose a glaze and preparation method appropriate for your recipe.
Does the measuring jug have markings?
Yes. The 500 mL measuring jug has graduated markings at 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mL.
What is the offset spatula used for?
The offset spatula can help spread and level glaze, and carefully lift or transfer suitably firm desserts. Its working blade is 140 mm long.
What does the silicone scraper do?
The flexible silicone scraper helps move, collect and clean up glaze from suitable surfaces and containers.
Are all five pieces stainless steel?
No. The drip tray, rack and offset spatula blade are 304 stainless steel. The jug is PP, the spatula handle is ABS, and the scraper is silicone.
How should I clean the tools?
Wash with mild dish soap and warm water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Clean between the rack wires carefully. Do not assume dishwasher or high-temperature compatibility without manufacturer guidance.
Are desserts and ingredients included?
No. The package contains only the five specified glazing tools. Cakes, doughnuts, chocolate glaze, ingredients and other photographed props are not included.
